Since then, he has worked at six computer companies across four states, earned his A+ Certification, and reached Advanced Repair Agent Platinum Level with Geek Squad as part of the top-rated team in the nation. On Battle Born Tech, he brings that deep bench of experience to a call-in format he loves — helping real people solve real problems, with a side of humor and a genuine enthusiasm for the moment everything just works. His specialties run from Windows wrangling and web work to diagnosing the kind of issues that have already stumped everyone else. Beyond tech, he serves in the PCUSA and volunteers with a non-profit computer recycling organization, keeping machines out of landfills and in the hands of people who need them.
